Grade 1
- Mild tissue stretch with minimal structural damage.

Yakou transdermal protocol
A complete, practical guide to applying Yakou pain relief patches with correct timing, support strategy, and recovery expectations.
24h support cycle
3-step assessment before use
RICE compatible recovery approach

The transdermal process is a method of delivering active compounds through the skin and into local tissues and circulation over time. This route supports controlled release and avoids gastrointestinal breakdown that can reduce oral product effectiveness.
Yakou patches are designed for sustained external application and targeted comfort support at the affected region.
Compared with short oral relief cycles, one properly applied patch can provide support for up to 24 hours based on skin response and climate.

First, you need to point the origin of the pain. It can be in the open body area or under the garments, straight or joint section, which is further going to affect the application of the patch.
Secondly, you need to understand the span of the pain, whether traumatic or chronic or you feel a slight pinch, as this factors further decides the no. of patches required along with the time period to heal.
Lastly, not only place and time matters but external factor like climatic conditions of the place you live also affect the application.

You can apply for 24 hours. Then give a gap of 4-5 hours before applying the 2nd patch.
You can apply for 24 hours. Before applying the 3rd patch, give a gap of 12-24 hours (depending on the humidity level).
You can apply up to 24 hours. Give a gap of 4-5 hours before applying the 4th patch.
Then give a gap of 24 hours before applying the 5th patch and so on...
The basic guidelines on how to apply the patch has already been stated but there are some factors that should be kept in mind-

If the humidity is high, we recommend using 1 patch for not more than 12 hours for undergarment uses, as your body will sweat more it might leading to itchy skin due to lack of air circulation/ventilation and hence disrupting the efficiency of the product upon exposure to moisture. So, we suggest to apply the patch at night before going to sleep for better outcomes.
Also, try giving a gap of 4-5 hours before applying 2nd patch to affected area, as this time gap will let your skin restore its absorption power further allowing the components of the patch to penetrate again.
If the temperature is cold and dry then 1 patch can be kept applied for 1 or 1½ day depending on your skin's sensitivity.

Once the Patch pack seal is opened, store it inside a plastic or zip pack to help preserve the patches' effectiveness. This will protect them from air, moisture, and contaminants that could reduce their potency.
Wash the area of pain or discomfort with Soap & hot or cold water and make it clean .
You need to review the progress and consult with your physician as and when required .

Clean and dry affected area. Since the Patch delivers the medication directly into the bloodstream via the skin
Uncover the anti-adhesive paper, remove patch from backing film and apply it to the painful area.

Sudden trauma cases can show early relief after the first patch. Additional patches may be used based on response and comfort.
For chronic conditions such as long-standing joint discomfort, consider a slower cycle with physiotherapy support and observation gaps between applications.

Most important factor is Time. Your pain will heal with our patches but need to provide time as it is not a magical patch that will heal you as soon as you apply but it works miraculously if you give time and apply following the guidelines.
To keep the patch stable, use light support at dynamic joints such as elbow or knee. Avoid tight wrapping that may limit ventilation.
Follow the RICE method for strains and sprains: rest, ice, compression, and elevation.

A grade 1 ligament sprain is a mild injury that involves some stretching or slight tearing of a ligament, while a grade 2 sprain is a more severe injury that involves a partial tear of a ligament:
A mild injury with minimal pain, swelling, and bruising. The ankle feels stable and it's usually possible to walk with minimal pain.
A more severe injury with moderate pain, swelling, and bruising. The ankle feels somewhat stable, but the damaged areas are tender to the touch and walking is painful.

Helps keep the knee aligned, reducing strain on muscles and ligaments.
Reduces the risk of further damage during movement or physical activity.

Tendonitis is inflammation of a tendon with pain, swelling, and stiffness. Tendinosis is a longer term degenerative tendon condition caused by repeated strain and incomplete healing.
Healing is progressive and depends on injury type, age, routine stress load, and pre-conditions. Chronic pain can require a longer support period.

transdermal patches can minimize systemic side effects often associated with oral medications, such as gastrointestinal upset or liver metabolism.
Patches deliver a consistent dosage of medication, ensuring that pain relief remains steady and predictable throughout the duration of wear.
Transdermal patches deliver medication directly to the site of pain, providing targeted relief precisely where it's needed.
patches are designed to create a moist environment over affected area, which has been shown to accelerate healing by enhancing cell migration, proliferation, and tissue regeneration.
